What is "Stone to Lotus?"

Stone to Lotus is the essence of my Life journey. It is a tale filled with alchemy, mystery, challenge, heartache, beauty and illumination.

It is the tale of a young adult forced to face the truth of her hardened human existence. The truth that she was full of inner demons gripping her Life force from the inside out, that her Soul was being choked by generations worth of pain, anger and fear. That despite the mask of happiness she wore, she was hard, cold and shut off from the joy and beauty of Life.

Over the past 25 years I have practiced alchemizing my own Life Force, releasing the grip of childhood and ancestral trauma, and deconstructing cultural programing that does not serve my Highest Health and Wellness.

It's been a long journey, but my Soul is more alive than ever now that I've given her room to blossom through me in her fullest expression.
