stone to Lotus

Bringing it all together

My education and experiences have afforded me a rather unique perspective on psychological health and development.  As an undergraduate, I studied Neuropsychology at UC San Diego and then went on to get my Master's in Transpersonal Psychology at Naropa University.  I have since been studying Shamanism and plant based paths to healing.

In my personal life, I faced two brushes with death in 2001, which forced me to realize how angry and hard I had become. It was then that I began learning and practicing methods for weaving spiritual and psychological growth together. I have spent the last 15 years dedicating myself to turning this knowledge into action, to transforming myself from "stone to lotus."

Now, my work as a Transpersonal life coach allows me to bring together my passion for growth and years of therapeutic training, with my dedication to shamanic healing and meditation.

Areas of Specialty

Love like a Lotus Flower

I am an open-hearted lover of life. I believe in the innate goodness and healing capacities of all beings and it is through this lens that I support growth and flowering in my fellow humans.

My capacity for holding sacred space and showing love and respect to all walks of life is the ground through which I work.
